Kolossoi is a modern and green-oriented Guest House, sited in Cabras (OR), Sardinia. The property is located in the city center, close to bars and local restaurants where you can taste the most delicious fish of the west-coast. Kolossoi is sited 5 minutes from the nearest sea (Torregrande) and 10 minutes from one of the most characteristic beach of the whole mediterranean: Is Arutas, jewel of the Sinis Peninsula, reachable only ten minutes away by car. Moreover, for surf lovers Cabras is considered as a paradise: the town is close to the best surf spots of the island.
The building is composed by four double bedrooms and one apartment. All the rooms have an internal private bathroom, guardrobe, air conditioning and balcony. The apartment instead includes also a kitchen, a private garden and an independent access to the house. All the bathrooms are equipped with window, shower glass screen, hairdryer, mirror and toiletries. Each room has a specific identity with a dedicated experience, the furniture is youthful and modern, oriented towards a dynamic target respectful of environment and other people.
Kolossoi trusts and strongly invested in green economy: the hot water is heated by the sun and the fresh air coming out from the air conditioning is produced by mean of solar energy. Kolossoi also offers a shared living room where the guests can work remotely, have a chat, or grab a coffee.
